چکیده
Psoriasis is a long-lasting skin disease identified by excessive proliferation of epidermal keratinocytes. triggers an inflammatory reaction, which involuntary activates the immune system, leading to leukocyte infiltration into skin. However, supplementation diet with diverse supplements, including n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs), namely alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), beneficial for psoriatic patients. exact mechanisms action ALA on immunity are still unknown. Therefore, this study was aimed evaluate bioaction lymphocyte component psoriasis, using model enriched in T cells. To do so, healthy and substitutes were produced according self-assembly technique, unsupplemented culture media or supplemented 10 uM ALA. cells isolated from whole blood donors. The medium regulated hyperproliferation abnormal cell differentiation Moreover, secreted high quantities cytokines chemokines, such as CXCL1 IL-6, while addition exogenous normalized production those cytokines. Finally, slowed down epidermis substitutes, remarkable diminished expression CD45 ICAM-1 compartment. Ultimately, our results show that exerts its anti-inflammatory decreasing biological mediators

متن کاملeffects of nano-biphasic calcium phosphate composite on bioactivity and osteoblast cell behavior in tissue engineering applications
in this paper, preparation, bioactivity, and osteoblast cell behavior of cortical bone derived nanobiphasic calcium phosphate (nano-bcp) are presented. the calcined bovine bone samples with the addition of di-ammonium hydrogen phosphate were heated at 700°c for 100 min, and thus nano-bcp with the composition of 63/37 hydroxyapatite (ha)/β-tricalcium phosphate (β-tcp) was produced. scanning elec...
